Job summary

Eye Security in the Netherlands seeks a Partnerships Manager to recruit, onboard, and manage broker partners for our Cyber Insurance solution. You will be the primary contact for broker accounts, driving satisfaction and alignment with Eye Security goals.

You will craft collaborations, draft contracts, deliver presentations, and represent Eye Security at trade fairs and events, collaborating with Sales and Marketing across the business. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker or reseller partnerships.
• Analytical skills and strong strategic planning ability.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and team player with problem-solving focus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with broker partners to sell our Cyber Insurance solution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for broker accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide the basis for collaboration and development of partnerships.
• Draft contracts and provide professional support to partners.
• Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources to enhance broker effectiveness.
• Present our solutions at trade fairs and events.
• Develop close partnerships with Sales and Marketing colleagues.
