Job summary

Merkle, part of the dentsu network, is hiring a CXM Campaign Manager for our Rotterdam/Amsterdam offices. You will independently drive campaigns from brief to production, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will own the cross-campaign agenda, manage timelines and dependencies, and build strong client relationships while guiding teams toward effective, data-driven solutions. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in campaign management, CXM, CRM or related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under pressure.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with problem solving.
• Analytical skills and data-driven campaign optimisation.
• Strong Dutch and English communication, written and spoken.
• Interest in campaign platforms, data and digital messaging tech.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others.

Responsibilities

• Manage CXM campaigns from brief through production and QC.
• Own cross-campaign agenda: priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders; translate objectives into actions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance via data and testing.
• Apply QA and change management best practices.
• Share knowledge and coach junior colleagues to support development.
