Job summary

Merkle, part of the dentsu network, seeks a Client Partner to build senior-level client relationships in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. You will ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth by engaging with executives and SMEs and shaping strategic engagements and cross-sell opportunities.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, plan revenue growth, mentor talent, and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Experience across a broad spectrum of digital consulting, including strategy, technology advisory, development, and design.
• Strong relationship and client management skills.
• Experience in account planning and strategic development.
• Ability to lead both internal and client-facing teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and pro forma models.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and client engagement.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns overall client satisfaction and the ongoing growth and evolution of client relationships by ensuring successful delivery of work and cultivating strong partnerships.
• Manages a portfolio of accounts and drives growth and profitability.
• Leads cross-functional teams focused on delivering value and quality, mentoring employees and creating opportunities for growth.
• Engages with executives, manages client expectations, and identifies cross-sell opportunities.
• Plans revenue growth, budgets, forecasts, and internal revenue and profit targets.
• Directs team activities to ensure collaboration and optimal use of resources.
• Engages with senior-level client contacts to generate business-building ideas and gather feedback.
• Develops and drives growth and account plans and strategies for better client results.
