Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions B.V. is seeking a Customer Service Employee in Venlo to be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams.

You will handle inbound, outbound and return volumes, coordinate with the warehouse, and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery. You should have experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of logistics processes, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• MBO level education or equal experience in a logistics/customer service role.
• Experience in a similar role and broad knowledge of logistics processes and systems.
• Very good command of English (C1) in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and internal departments about orders, inbound/outbound and returns, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure priorities can be processed and shipments move smoothly.
• Contribute to process and service optimization projects in consultation with customers.
• Report to the Customer Service Supervisor and support related tasks as needed.
