Job summary

Bleckmann in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Service Employee to be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams about inbound, outbound, and return processes. You will liaise with supporting departments daily and help prioritize orders with the customer to ensure timely warehouse processing.

You will contribute to process improvements, handle outbound bookings with carrier partners, and support accuracy and quality to boost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MBO level education and thinking skills.
• Experience in a similar logistics role and broad knowledge of processes.
• Strong Excel and basic CRM/ERP system knowledge.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers and internal departments on inbound/outbound/returns and service delivery.
• Liaise with supporting departments on day-to-day tasks and set order priorities with customers.
• Contribute to process and service optimization projects.
• Handle outbound orders and bookings with carrier partners; support accuracy and quality.
