Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Venray. You become the first point of contact for customers, inform them about goods flow status, and handle administrative processing while coordinating with warehouse teams.

Responsibilities include order monitoring, document checks, customer data management, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will contribute to LEAN projects such as 5S and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO level of thinking; logistics course optional.
• Experience with service-oriented work.
• Social and communication skills.
• Stress resistant.
• English language proficiency; French is a plus.
• MS Excel knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the handling of orders by the warehouse team.
• Prepare, process and check required documents in accordance with guidelines.
• Manage the administration of customer data (complaints, questions, appointments, customer data, overviews, KPIs).
• Ensure a good customer relationship by providing correct and timely information and maintaining contact with the customer.
• Participate in projects aimed at improvement within LEAN with themes such as 5S and Kaizen.
