Qualifications

• MBO level education and thinking level.
• Experience in a similar logistics role.
• Good command of English (C1) in reading/writing/speaking.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for the customer and internal departments about inbound, outbound and return volumes, service delivery and customs topics.
• Liaise with supporting departments on day-to-day tasks.
• Determine priorities in orders in consultation with the customer and ensure processing by the warehouse.
• Contribute to projects concerning process and service optimization.
• Report to the Customer Service Supervisor.
• Accurate closing bookkeeping for inbound volumes and coordinating with departments; handle outbound orders and bookings with carrier partners.
