Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Born, Netherlands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, informing them about the status of goods flow and handling administrative processing.

You will collaborate with the warehouse, monitor orders, and ensure accurate data while maintaining strong customer relationships and KPI-focused reporting. The role includes a one-year contract with potential for permanent employment and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO level education required.
• Experience with service-oriented work.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Able to handle stress and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• MS Excel knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the handling of orders by the warehouse team.
• Prepare, process and check required documents in accordance with the guidelines.
• Manage the administration of customer data (complaints, questions, appointments, customer data, overviews, KPIs).
• Maintain good customer relationships by providing correct and timely information and keeping contact with the customer.
• Participate in LEAN improvement projects (5S and Kaizen).
