Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking to strengthen its Admin Service team in Almelo, the Netherlands. You will provide administrative support with a shipping focus, joining a dynamic, international environment.

Using the warehouse management system, you’ll generate document sets, monitor internal processes, and prepare management and customer reports. The role blends administrative accuracy with proactive communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Dutch and English language skills are required.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Outlook/Word) is required.
• MBO or HBO level is preferred.
• Good sense of humor and perseverance.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and coordination for Inbound/Outbound, with shipping as the focus.
• Use the warehouse management system to create document sets (consignment notes, customs documents).
• Monitor internal processes per SOPs and manuals.
• Handle administration of incoming/outgoing goods and customs documentation.
• Prepare reports for Admin Service Supervisor.
• Assist with tasks related to CMRs, mail, and time registration.
