Bleckmann is seeking an administrative professional to support the Admin Service team in Roosendaal. You will coordinate for Inbound and Outbound activities, with Shipping as the main focus, and use the warehouse management system to prepare consignment notes and customs documents.

The role combines administrative and communicative tasks, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and reporting for the Admin Service Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Dutch and English language skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is expected.
• MBO/HBO level working and thinking capability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and coordination for Inbound and Outbound, with Shipping as the main focus.
• Create document sets such as consignment notes and submitted customs documents; ensure data accuracy.
