Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions B.V. is seeking a Warehouse Manager in the Netherlands to oversee the efficient operation of the logistics processes, daily production, and all activities related to the physical flow of goods in the warehouse.

You will align with budgeted guidelines, productivity targets, and SLAs while driving improvements and coordinating with different organization layers to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• HBO-level work and thinking required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Solid WMS knowledge, preferably PKMS.
• Dutch and English proficiency both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and smooth operations within the entire physical operation, adhering to budgeted guidelines.
• Lead operational readiness and execution during peak trading periods, ensuring sufficient staffing, capacity planning and operational performance to meet customer expectations.
• Lead and manage supervisors and oversee work activities within the department.
• Supervise personnel to promote general order in and around the warehouse.
• Coach and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
• Foster collaboration within the Supervisor team to elevate both the team and the site to a higher level.
• Monitor and enhance communication and cooperation within the site and with other sites/departments.
• Contribute to the development and ensure the execution of the departmental plan.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement methodology.
