Manpower is looking for Technical Operators / Site Engineers in the Tilburg region.

Every day, thousands of online orders need to reach customers on time. Behind the scenes, advanced sorting machines make this possible. As part of the evening shift at one of the Netherlands’ largest mail-order companies, you’ll help ensure these systems continue running efficiently. When an installation suddenly stops or an alarm notification appears, you know exactly what to do. You remain calm under pressure, investigate the issue, and work closely with your colleagues to get the process moving again. Thanks to your technical skills, downtime is minimized and operations continue smoothly.

Your responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving first-line technical malfunctions
• Executing preventive maintenance on automated sorting installations
• Analyzing system performance and identifying potential issues
• Documenting faults, repairs, and maintenance activities in the system
