Job summary

Hans Boodt Mannequins is seeking a Customer Support Employee to act as a vital link between Sales, Projects, Purchasing, and Logistics from our Zwijndrecht HQ. You will manage your own region, process orders, and handle inquiries while coordinating with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will interact daily with international customers and partners, bringing a proactive, customer-friendly approach and a knack for multitasking in a dynamic, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in a commercial and international environment.
• Passion for fashion is a big plus.
• Ability to work with different departments and international colleagues.
• Customer friendliness and positive attitude.
• Ability to keep an overview and work in a structured way.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems: S4 is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English; Dutch lessons offered if only English speaker.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Employee, you are right at the heart of our organization. You are the link between Sales, Projects, Purchasing, and Logistics. No day is the same, and with your problem-solving skills, you can spot and fix challenges in the process. You will have your own region under your responsibility, and you'll also support the rest of the team. You'll be working at our headquarters in Zwijndrecht.

What you will do

• Together with your colleagues, you take care of all our customers around the world. Here, you are responsible for your own region;

• You process customer orders in the system;

• You follow up on questions, special customer requests, and feedback;

• You coordinate current delivery times and planning with your colleagues from the purchasing and logistics departments;

• Daily, you are in contact with international customers, partners, and the sales department to make the sales process run as smoothly as possible.
  

What you bring...

• At least one year of work experience in a commercial and international environment. Preferably as a Customer Support employee or in a similar role;

• An passion for fashion is a big plus;

• Since you are at the heart of the organization, it is very important to be able to work together with different departments and international colleagues;

• Customer friendliness is important to us. The customer's wish comes first. With your positive attitude, you also ensure this;

• You are able to keep an overview of your tasks and work in a structured way;

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems: S4 is a plus;

• You speak fluent Dutch and English. If you only speak English, you are also very welcome. In that case, you will be offered Dutch lessons.
