• Strong communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate demo stock and support internal teams in related processes.
• Coordinate rebate payments to dealers.
• Oversee BuyBack processes from pickup to processing with Sales.
• Coordinate End User BuyBacks and ensure proper handover to Stichting OPEN.
• Own the return process in the Benelux and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate POS materials and Give Aways.
• Collect, analyze and present Customer Service data.
• Utilize Salesforce and Genesys for reporting and insights.
• Identify process improvements and drive cross-functional collaboration.
