Job summary

Solina is seeking a Customer Service Officer at our Nieuw-Vennep production site to join the Sales team. You will be the link between customers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Quality, ensuring orders, deliveries and inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

You are customer-focused, organized and proactive, with a Bachelor-level qualification and ERP experience a plus. You will communicate in Dutch and English, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in Customer Service or a similar role is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from order to delivery and invoicing.
• Be the first point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, complaints and samples.

For our Nieuw-Vennep production site, where we make our warm sauces, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Sales team.

In this role, you are the link between customers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Quality. You ensure that orders, deliveries, returns, samples and customer questions are handled efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from order to delivery and invoicing
• Be the first point of contact for customers
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, complaints and samples
• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production and Quality
• Identify solutions and help improve our customer service

Who are you?

You are customer-focused, organized and proactive. You communicate easily, take ownership and remain calm when things get busy. You enjoy working with different people and are not afraid to take initiative.

You bring:

• Bachelor level or equivalent experience
• Experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales or a similar role is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
