Job summary

Michael Page in Veghel is hiring a logistics administrator to support the order-to-cash flow, inventory management and key account activities in an international pharmaceutical logistics environment.

You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders by email and phone, operate several software systems (WMS, order management, MS Office) and ensure accurate, timely processing of orders. The role is full-time (40h) with a travel allowance and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• You have MBO 4 or HBO level.
• You have experience in customer service or administration within logistics.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You are available for 40 hours per week.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are handy with different software systems.
• You are keen to work in a dynamic working environment.
• You are attentive to detail and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Handle the order-to-cash process daily.
• Manage key accounts and liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
• Operate with warehouse management, order management, and MS Office systems.
• Process daily incoming and outgoing order flows.
• Support inventory management and reporting to identify improvements.
• Ensure smooth communication between all team members involved in logistics processes.
