Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is recruiting a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisor for an Amsterdam team, supporting an international insurer.

You'll handle enquiries and claims from first contact to resolution, balancing daily service with growing responsibility as you progress, with full training provided.

Fluent Spanish and English are required, EU work permit or EU/EEA citizenship, 35 hours per week, and 3 days in the Amsterdam office. A quarterly bonus and 25 holiday days are on offer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries by phone and email, in both Spanish and English.
• Manage claims from notification through investigation and assessment, gathering documentation and evaluating coverage.
• Build relationships with customers, brokers, insurers, and suppliers, and ensuring they're treated fairly throughout.
• Prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, while supporting colleagues when needed.
• Communicate claim status clearly to customers and insurers, and escalating complex cases when appropriate.
• Identify ways to improve processes as the team continues to automate repetitive tasks.

One of our international clients, a British company providing insurance services to the finance and leasing sector, is looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their Amsterdam team.

In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact for customers, brokers, and insurers, managing enquiries and claims from first contact through to resolution. You'll balance day‑to‑day customer service with growing responsibility in claims handling as you develop within the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Available 35 hours/week, open to working from the Amsterdam office 3 days/week
