Sales Executive, Customer Retention – Spanish Speaker
Location: Amsterdam. 2 days office, 3 days home based.
Contract: Fixed term, 7 months.
The Opportunity
Answering calls from customers who want to cancel their mobile and gadget insurance, you’ll help them protect the things that matter most. As the voice of some of the biggest brands in telecoms, you’ll go out of your way to support over 8 million customers with their lost or broken devices. By taking ownership of each query, you’ll build rapport with customers and put them at ease.

Responsibilities
- To achieve individual KPI’s and sales targets.
- Follow a script on all calls and be compliant with the business process.
- Put the customer at the centre of everything you do and deliver fair customer outcomes.
- Use retention skills to convert customers who are calling to cancel their insurance.
- Provide excellent customer service in line with our Quality Assurance Guidelines.
- Be thorough and organized in the tracking of all calls and information.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in Spanish (essential) and proficient in English.
- Excellent Customer Care Skills.
- Professional attitude.
- Able to follow a scripted process.
- Compliant with business processes at all times.
- Ability to stay motivated whilst working in a repetitive environment.
- Experience in a Call Centre.
- Support the customer service areas when applicable.
