About The Role

You'll support Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with insurance claims, product protection plans, and general account enquiries. You'll be the reassuring voice customers rely on, making the claims process as simple and stress-free as possible.

No insurance experience? No problem. You'll receive full training before you get started.

This position is fully office based in Athens, Greece. Relocation for non-locals is required.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Guiding customers through insurance claims and protection plans
• Resolving complaints quickly, accurately, and with empathy
• Explaining products, policies, and processes in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• Updating customer records and documenting cases accuratelyWorking across multiple systems while maintaining high-quality service
• Collaborating with an international team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

What You Need:

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and good English (spoken and written)
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Great listening skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Confidence using multiple computer systems and digital tools
• A keen eye for detail and a sense of ownership in your work
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
