Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Customer Operations & Collaboration Officer in Amersfoort, Netherlands. You will own customer-related operational processes, ensure day-to-day continuity, and work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics to optimise end-to-end execution.

You will analyze KPIs, coordinate issue resolution across departments and drive improvements in how we manage pricing, rebates, samples and customer portal queries in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations / Customer Collaboration / Supply Chain.
• Able to learn complex processes quickly under time pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple departments.
• Hands-on, proactive and flexible in evolving environment.
• Strong English communication; Dutch/French a plus but not required.
• Analytical with KPI and performance data experience.

Responsibilities

• Take over and manage key customer collaboration processes to maintain continuity.
• Monitor customer service performance, KPIs, trends, and risks.
• Coordinate issue resolution across Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and shared services.
• Handle pricing support, rebates, samples, and customer portal queries.
• Prepare performance updates, action trackers and management reports.
• Act as sparring partner for internal stakeholders and support process improvement.
