Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Supply Chain Account Manager to serve as the main liaison for key Dutch customers, aligning demand with end-to-end supply chain capabilities and driving improvements in service, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Supply Chain teams to translate customer needs into actionable supply chain plans, monitor performance, and manage relationships with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant supply chain experience (FMCG/retail preferred).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, and forecasting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main supply chain contact for assigned customers and build strong, professional relationships.
• Translate customer needs and objectives into clear, customer-focused supply chain action plans.
• Monitor and report customer-level logistics performance, using insights to drive fact-based improvements.
• Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Align operational execution across order management, returns, complaints, and service communication.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, propose solutions, and ensure follow-through with the right stakeholders.
• Support broader optimization and change initiatives that improve efficiency, service levels, sustainability, and ways of working.
• Contribute to defining and maintaining logistics-related agreements and frameworks with customers.
