Job summary

Roundr is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead merchant integration projects, bridging customers, product and engineering. You will gather requirements, map integrations, and guide onboarding without building integrations yourself.

This customer-facing role emphasizes strong API and architecture understanding, clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, technical implementation or technical project management.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and system mapping.
• Ability to translate technical constraints into practical customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation projects for merchants with complex requirements.
• Be the main point of contact for customers’ technical stakeholders during onboarding and implementation.
• Gather, clarify and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate customer needs into clear integration designs and implementation plans.
• Hand over, coordinate and track delivery with the Solutions Engineers.
• Manage multiple customer projects in parallel.
• Set clear expectations with customers on scope, feasibility and phased delivery.
• Share insights from implementations with Product and internal teams to improve scalability.
