Roundr is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead merchant integration projects, bridging customers, product and engineering. You will gather requirements, map integrations, and guide onboarding without building integrations yourself.
This customer-facing role emphasizes strong API and architecture understanding, clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Location: Amsterdam (hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up in the e-commerce space. Their platform helps online merchants make returns a smoother, more scalable part of the customer experience. It connects with the systems merchants already use, helping them streamline return flows, automate operational processes and improve the post-purchase experience.
The team works closely across product, engineering, sales and customer-facing teams to support merchants with both standard and more complex technical implementations.
As Technical Implementation Manager, you lead technical implementation projects for merchants with complex integration needs. You are the bridge between the customer, internal teams and the engineers who build the integrations.
This is a customer-facing role with a strong technical and project management component. You gather and structure requirements, map integration solutions, guide customers through onboarding and implementation requests, and work closely with the Solutions Engineers who carry out the technical work.
You won’t build the integrations yourself, but you understand APIs, system architecture and technical constraints well enough to design practical solutions and lead conversations with credibility.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success, and play a key role in helping the company scale complex customer implementations in a structured way.
