Job summary

Workwize is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work hands-on with enterprise clients, turning IT-lifecycle ambitions into live workflows and integrations on our platform. You’ll design, build, and launch customer-specific solutions that deliver measurable value, talking directly with clients and guiding them from discovery to live deployment.

You will collaborate across onboarding, customer success, operations, sales and product teams, applying pragmatic, fast-moving thinking and strong

Qualifications

• Around 4+ years building and shipping software that real users depend on.
• Experience with web apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience directly with customers or clients: you have run calls, scoped work, and pushed back when needed.
• Think in business terms: explain why something is worth building, not only how to build.
• Experience with AI-assisted work: prototype, plan, and ship with AI.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Experience with IT, device management, or HR and identity tools (e.g. Intune, Jamf, Okta, HRIS).

Responsibilities

• Discover goals, processes, tech environment, governance, and adoption blockers.
• Design engineering solutions that Workwize owns and that integrate into a durable operating layer.
• Deliver onboarding, building, launching, and iterating until value is real.
• Work directly with onboarding, customer success, operations, sales and product teams.
• Turn messy requests into small, clear tickets with measurable success.
• Build and ship production-quality code in our product.
