Jon Renau is seeking a Customer Experience & Office Manager for the Netherlands, based in Velp. This on-site role oversees daily office operations, from admin tasks to customer inquiries, ensuring high service levels and brand standards across channels.

You’ll collaborate with US HQ and European partners, manage inventory, shipments, and supplier relations, and support onboarding and internal processes. A commercial, organized professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in wig/hairpiece/beauty industry.
• Knowledge of the Dutch wholesale hair market.
• Established relationships with salons or hairpiece specialists.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers by phone and email.
• Respond to questions about wigs, hairpieces, extensions, orders and deliveries.
• Advise customers and support informed purchasing decisions.
• Process and follow up on wholesale orders.
• Maintain relationships with salons and professional customers.
• Resolve inquiries and issues professionally and proactively.
• Support invoicing, expenses, and basic financial administration.
