Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Work Lead to shape end-to-end customer data architectures and MarTech maturity, driving target architectures and roadmaps.

You will design architectures covering identity resolution, profile unification, ingestion, activation, governance, and security, and advise on CDPs, marketing automation, DAM, and cloud data warehouses. Fluency in English and Dutch is needed; master's degree required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer tech transformation or related roles.
• Hands-on with at least one CCaaS platform.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and cloud contact center tech.
• Experience leading project teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into delivery plans.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Define target architectures and actionable roadmaps for data and MarTech maturity.
• Design end-to-end customer data architectures: identity, profile, ingestion, activation, governance, security.
• Advise on and architect solutions across CDPs, marketing automation, DAM, and cloud data warehouses.
• Translate business use cases into data models, APIs, and activation pipelines.
• Guide GenAI and agentic architectures in customer data domain with responsible adoption.
• Oversee delivery quality and solution integrity across complex implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data, engineering, and marketing architectures.
• Support business development by shaping proposals and architectural visions.
