Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a Culinary Intern / Kitchen Apprentice to join our culinary team. You will learn techniques, standards, and Hyatt menus, gaining experience across Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Events.

You will contribute to guest service while developing practical skills in a five-month (or longer) internship. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Culinary Arts or Hospitality degree with a strong F&B focus, highly passionate about cooking, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Culinary Arts or Hospitality Degree with a strong F&B focus.
• Very communicative in English.
• Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Learn techniques and standards, becoming familiar with Hyatt menus and dishes.
• Gain experience in Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Events/Banquets.
• Provide excellent service to hotel guests and be an integral part of the culinary team.
