Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Kitchen Apprentice to prepare dishes to hotel standards and support breakfast service. You will set up the buffet with the F&B team, ensure a seamless guest experience, and keep the kitchen organized from shift to shift. Fluency in English and Dutch is important, as is studying culinary arts at Level 2 or 3.

Qualifications

• Disciplined and hardworking with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong guest-service orientation and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Good command of English and Dutch for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to hotel standards and à la minute techniques.
• Set up the buffet in the restaurant with colleagues.
• Assist in breakfast service and ensure guests have a high-quality experience.
• Maintain mise en place and keep the workplace neat and clean for the next shift.
