nhow Amsterdam RAI invites you to join its vibrant hotel kitchen as a Kitchen Intern. You will be part of a large, modern hotel with 650 rooms, serving breakfast to hundreds daily and supporting banqueting and room service. The role offers English-language exposure in a multicultural team.

You will learn essential cooking skills, recipe execution, and kitchen organization. The internship includes training via Minor Hotels University and opportunities for growth within the group.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a relevant study and internship is a compulsory part of your studies.
• Willing to work in an English-speaking environment and with an international team.
• Available for a minimum of 4 months and able to commit to full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
• Prepare dishes according to recipes and use à la minute cooking when required.
• Pay attention to portioning and garnishing per established instructions.
