Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a Culinary Intern / Kitchen Apprentice to join our five‑star kitchen team. You will learn new techniques, work with fresh ingredients, and support breakfast, lunch, dinner and events while contributing to guest‑facing dining excellence.

You should be enrolled in a Culinary Arts or Hospitality degree, be a team player with strong English communication, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Degree with strong F&B focus.
• Extremely passionate about cooking with basic skills and knowledge.
• Team player with interpersonal skills important for smooth operations.
• Awareness that good customer service is key and that care must go into each dish.
• Very communicative in English and available for five months or longer.

Responsibilities

• Learn techniques and standards, becoming familiar with our menus and dishes.
• Provide excellent service to hotel guests and support kitchen operations.
• Assist in Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events to gain broad kitchen exposure.
