Job summary

Bluebird, a fast-growing AI company, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to own the DACH client base from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will guide customers from setup and training to ongoing adoption, working closely with Sales, Support, and Product to shape the roadmap.

You'll manage onboarding routines, monitor health, drive renewals with a zero-churn mindset, and spot expansion opportunities, visiting clients roughly once a week in a hybrid Utrecht setup.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German and fluent English.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or onboarding in B2B SaaS or consulting.
• Data-driven with CRM experience and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of DACH clients from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Run structured onboarding: setup, integrations, data uploads, workflows, alerts, dashboards, and training.
• Monitor client health and engagement and build action plans for at-risk accounts.
• Drive renewals with a zero-churn target.
• Spot expansion and upsell opportunities and turn customers into advocates.
• Report on adoption, NPS, and expansion to leadership.
• Visit customers roughly once a week.
