Job summary

Insight Recruitment is seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager for a major Data Centre construction project in the Netherlands. You will own the Civil, Structural & Architectural package from pre-construction through handover, coordinating interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams.

The role demands 5+ years managing CSA scopes on large projects, EU work status, a Civil/Construction degree, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6. BIM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an EU Passport or have existing Right to Work in the Netherlands.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction delivery.
• Experience with structural works, building envelope systems and architectural finishes.
• Experience on large-scale, complex construction projects, ideally within Data Centres or Mission Critical sectors.
• Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• BIM experience.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full Civil, Structural & Architectural package from pre-construction through to handover.
• Manage the CSA package programme, budget and delivery strategy.
• Monitor progress against programme and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior project leadership.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning and other construction packages to ensure effective sequencing and integration.
• Review method statements, ITPs and technical submittals.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and implement corrective actions.
