Job summary

Leap29 is seeking a Lead CSA Engineer for a 12-month renewable contract in Rotterdam. The role focuses on data centre and pharmaceutical projects, requiring deep knowledge of Dutch regulations and experience across brownfield and greenfield sites.

You will lead up to 8 engineers and designers, supporting civil, installation, concrete and steel works. Dutch language skills are preferred while leading project teams in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or equivalent civil engineering qualification.
• Dutch speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of up to 8 engineers and designers.
• Support civil works, installation works and concrete/steel works.
• Oversee projects in Rotterdam for data centre and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch building regulations.

My Client is an international consultancy who specialise in various types of projects such as Buildings, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Data Centres. Due to expansion, they are searching a Lead CSA Engineer for a 12 month renewable contract in Rotterdam for their Data centre and Pharmaceutical projects.

The Lead CSA Engineer will be requires to have:

In depth knowledge of Dutch buildings regulations

Experience in Brownfield and Greenfield projects

Experience in leading teams up to 8 engineers and designers

Experience in supporting civil works, installation works and concrete and steels works

Experience on similar projects

The Lead CSA will be required to have:

10+ years experience in the engineering field

Bachelor's or equivalent of a Civil Engineering qualification

Dutch speaking will be preferred
