Job summary

TXM Recruit seeks a Project Engineer for CSA/construction projects in the Netherlands. You will coordinate engineering activities to support successful project delivery and review drawings for compliance and constructability.

You will prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, while coordinating with PMs, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a Project Engineer in CSA, construction, fit-out, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience on data centre or other technically complex construction projects is desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering coordination, QA/QC processes, and construction methodologies.
• Experience managing technical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and drawing reviews.
• Familiarity with ACC, BIM 360, or other CDE platforms.
• Excellent English communication and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities to support project delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for compliance and constructability.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Support procurement activities through technical reviews, material approvals, and coordination of engineering deliverables.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation using CDEs and digital construction management platforms.
• Support commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.
• Travel to project sites as required to provide technical support and monitor progress.
