The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major Data Centre construction project in the Netherlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) delivery to take ownership of a major package on a complex, high-value project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CSA package from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
You will work closely with the wider Project Team, Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Supply Chain, playing a key role in coordinating the CSA scope and ensuring successful integration with MEP, commissioning and other project packages.
- €90,000 gross salary per year, depending on experience and overall profile

Key Responsibilities
CSA Package Management
- Take ownership of the full Civil, Structural & Architectural package from pre-construction through to handover.
- Manage the CSA package programme, budget and delivery strategy.
- Monitor progress against programme and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior project leadership.
EHS & Compliance
- Ensure all CSA activities are delivered in accordance with project EHS requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture across subcontractors and site teams.
- Carry out regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Package & Interface Coordination
- Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning and other construction packages to ensure effective sequencing and integration.
- Manage interfaces between structural works, architectural finishes, building envelope and building services.
- Support clash resolution, buildability reviews and technical coordination.
Contractor & Supply Chain Management
- Manage CSA subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and to specification.
- Review method statements, ITPs and technical submittals.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Maintain strong relationships across the project supply chain.
Quality Management
- Ensure CSA works comply with project specifications, building regulations and industry best practice.
- Conduct quality inspections and manage non-conformance processes.
- Drive high standards of workmanship and finish throughout the project.
- Develop detailed CSA schedules aligned with the overall project programme.
- Monitor progress and identify potential delays or programme risks.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support look-ahead planning, milestone tracking and progress reporting.
- Identify and proactively manage risks associated with structural works, building envelope, architectural finishes, logistics and sequencing.
- Resolve technical challenges and unforeseen site conditions effectively.
- Escalate key risks and issues to senior project management where required.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, approvals and variations.
- Prepare regular reports covering progress, risks, commercial status and quality.
- Provide updates to senior project management.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold an EU Passport or have existing Right to Work in the Netherlands to be considered for the position.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction delivery.
- Experience with structural works, building envelope systems and architectural finishes.
- Experience working on large-scale, complex construction projects, ideally within Data Centres, Mission Critical, Advanced Manufacturing or similar sectors.
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- BIM experience.
- Strong understanding of EHS, quality and programme management.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, consultants, clients and wider supply chain partners.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages would be advantageous.
