Job summary

Access Talent Group is seeking an experienced CSA QA/QC Manager to join a leading General Contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. The initial project is in the Netherlands, with potential to expand across Europe.

You will own QA/QC across civil/CSA works, focusing on reinforced concrete and underground utilities. Lead inspections, manage ITPs and NCRs, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and support commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as QA/QC Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Expertise in concrete construction and testing.
• Experience with underground services and civil infrastructure.
• Experience managing QA/QC activities for a main contractor.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across civil and CSA works.
• Develop and maintain ITPs and quality plans.
• Oversee inspections, testing, documentation and approvals.
• Manage NCRs, observations, corrective actions and close-out.
• Coordinate inspections with the client, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.
• Lead quality meetings and handover documentation.
