Job summary

Sisk Group in the Netherlands is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead our data centre delivery on site. You will be responsible for project delivery, health and safety, quality, and budget performance, coordinating engineering, commercial and construction teams to meet client expectations.

You will drive multidisciplinary collaboration, manage risks, report progress and ensure compliance with Sisk’s standards. Experience with large-scale construction and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and organisational capabilities to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Understanding of scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects within programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings and communicate objectives clearly.
