Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an Ecommerce & Merchandising Executive for the Benelux region to trade and merchandise our DTC stores and TikTok Shop. You will work across digital channels to launch products, promotions, and content updates, ensuring the right presentation at the right time.

You will partner with Ecommerce, marketing, content, and supply chain teams to optimise product discoverability, manage listings, and monitor KPIs to drive online sales in the Dutch and English markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of online sales drivers and conversion optimization.
• Comfortable analyzing data to identify opportunities and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trading and merchandising of Benelux DTC websites and TikTok Shops.
• Execute product launches, promotions, pricing updates, and trading activity across digital channels.
• Manage product listings, catalogue content, assortment, and product availability.
• Support website merchandising and optimise product discoverability across our digital channels.
• Ensure product content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor trading performance, stock availability, and key KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Support the setup and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns and promotional activity.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, marketing, content, supply chain, and other teams to deliver key commercial initiatives.
