Job summary

MSD Animal Health Nederland in Boxmeer or Brussels is seeking a Digital Marketing & Data Specialist to ensure data accuracy and governance across CRM and analytics platforms, delivering a single customer view and driving omnichannel experiences.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital and IT to improve data quality, run CRM enhancements, manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, and enable personalized customer engagement for the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI).
• Strong customer data governance experience and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CRM steward, maintain customer master data and governance.
• Monitor data quality KPIs and perform data cleansing to improve accuracy.
• Support CRM users with guidance and issue resolution; promote best practices.
• Leverage data and insights for audience segmentation and personalized engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to improve CRM processes and omnichannel journeys.
• Assist CRM enhancements and new customer engagement capabilities.
• Manage digital platforms including websites, event tools, and Salesforce journeys.
