Job summary

SharkNinja in Amsterdam, part of a global product design and technology company, seeks a CRM Manager to lead CRM across the Benelux for our DTC business. You’ll own customer journeys, multi-channel campaigns, and lifecycle optimization to drive engagement and revenue.

Collaborating with ecommerce, marketing, content, and data teams, you’ll leverage Bloomreach and first-party data while ensuring GDPR compliance and best practices. Dutch and English fluency are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within an ecommerce or DTC environment.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) or a similar CRM/CDP platform.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into action.
• Experience building customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated lifecycle campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM channel across the Benelux, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site personalisation.
• Develop and optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys, from acquisition through retention and loyalty.
• Build audience segments and personalised customer experiences using first-party data and customer insights.
• Analyse CRM performance and key KPIs, translating insights into actions that improve engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation across messaging, creative, offers, segmentation, and customer journeys.
• Work closely with eCommerce, merchandising, performance marketing, content, and data teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Maximise the value of Bloomreach by leveraging customer data, automation, and personalisation capabilities.
• Ensure CRM activities comply with GDPR and customer data best practices.
• Stay up to date with CRM trends, platform capabilities, and industry best practices to continuously improve performance.

The Opportunity

As the CRM Manager, you'll own the CRM channel across the Benelux, driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across SharkNinja's DTC business. You'll be responsible for planning and executing our CRM strategy, delivering best-in-class customer journeys, and continuously optimising performance across email, SMS, and on-site personalisation.

Working closely with local and global teams, you'll use customer insights, automation, and experimentation to deliver commercially impactful campaigns while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What will you do:

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English is required. French is a strong advantage.
