Job summary

twentysix is seeking a CRM and Customer Engagement professional to design journeys across email, SMS, loyalty programmes and in-store touchpoints from our Gennep office.

You will conduct discovery workshops, translate data into actionable recommendations on segmentation, consent flows, calendars, and KPI frameworks, and collaborate with data analysts and MarTech experts on platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Emarsys.
