Job description

Happy Horizon manages customer data and lifecycle programmes for clients using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and related integrations. As a CRM Specialist, you configure journeys, segments, and automations that support acquisition, retention, and service goals.

You work with strategists to translate campaign briefs into technical setups, test flows before launch, and monitor performance after go-live. You collaborate with data analysts on audience definitions and with developers when APIs or custom integrations are required. Documentation and handover are part of your routine so clients and internal teams understand how programmes are built.

Based in Gennep with a hybrid working pattern, you will join a growing CRM practice and contribute to standards for naming, governance, and quality assurance across accounts.
