Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
• Strong SQL, HTML, JavaScript and personalization scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, AEP, AJO, Braze or similar platforms.
• Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and data integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement automated customer journeys and CRM campaigns.
• Execute campaigns and optimize workflows, segmentation and personalization.
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure campaign delivery quality.
• Collaborate with strategists, analysts, developers, and designers.
• Stay up-to-date with CRM and marketing automation best practices.
