Job summary

EQOM is seeking a hands-on CRM Intern to join the CRM team and support planning, creation, and execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the CRM Manager and lifecycle team, gaining ownership over campaign production and supporting day-to-day operations for one of our core brands.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communication, Business, Media or related field, or recently graduated and available for internship.
• Available for a full-time internship (5–6 months) with school internship agreement if required.
• Native Dutch and strong English required.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Basic affinity with email marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing; prior experience not required but interest expected.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic image editing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and scheduling of recurring email campaigns and newsletters.
• Help build and QA email campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation and send scheduling.
• Assist with campaign briefings for design and content coordination.
• Create and format banners/assets for email use (training provided).
• Monitor campaign performance and help compile weekly/monthly reports.
• Support CRM team with day-to-day tasks and coordination with copywriters and designers.
• Maintain documentation: newsletter formats, briefing templates, process notes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for optimization.
