NextEnergy is seeking a curious CRM Intern to help shape the future of energy. You’ll work with marketing, customer operations, and product teams to support campaigns, onboarding emails, and loyalty initiatives.

Learn segmentation, survey analysis, and campaign reporting under guidance from experienced CRM pros. This internship offers a €750 monthly stipend, flexible hours, travel reimbursement, and strong learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant HBO or university programme (e.g. marketing, communication, business, data).
• Interest in CRM, email marketing and customer retention.
• Structured, data-driven, and process-oriented.
• Dutch and English communication skills.
• Available at least 3 days per week at Utrecht office.
• Experience with HubSpot or Excel is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up, execute and improve customer-focused campaigns and communications.
• Learn to segment customers and tailor communications.
• Support CRM and email flows to drive retention, activation, upsell, and churn prevention.
• Assist in setting up and analyzing customer surveys.
• Contribute to campaigns for new products and services.
• Improve operational marketing processes for scalability.
