Responsibilities:

You will have training and support to ensure you can manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and work as part of a passionate and ambitious team.

You will understand your role in achieving our vision and delivering on our group commercial goals.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing client/business relationships
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients
• Having a clearly defined candidate strategy and executing on it consistently to ensure a market leading pool of talent
• Negotiating offers and compensation details, finalising arrangements between client and candidate, ensuring outstanding aftercare following placements
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

Experience and Skills:
