Job summary

Amoria Bond is expanding its Talent Attraction Team in Amsterdam. The Corporate Recruiter will own the internal recruitment lifecycle across the Netherlands, sourcing top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and partnering with hiring managers to forecast needs.

You will build robust talent pipelines, interview candidates, and represent Amoria Bond at events to strengthen employer branding in a multicultural, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; German or Dutch proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, B2B sales or business development.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across the Netherlands.
• Proactively source and engage top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, headhunting, referrals.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and provide market insights.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidates through the recruitment journey.
• Represent Amoria Bond at networking events, careers fairs and employer branding initiatives.
• Utilize recruitment data and market trends to improve hiring performance.

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving Amoria Bond’s internal growth by:

• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for our internal hiring across the Netherlands.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, headhunting, referrals and creative sourcing strategies.
• Building and nurturing strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide market insights and recruitment advice.
• Conducting interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Representing Amoria Bond as an employer of choice through networking events, careers fairs and employer branding initiatives.
• Use recruitment data and market trends to continuously improve hiring performance and recruitment strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English (required), as well as either German or Dutch.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, B2B sales or business development.
• Motivated, adaptable, and proactive in a constantly evolving environment.
• Work authorisation: You must already have the right to work in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide visa sponsorship now or at any point in the future for this role.
• Location: Currently based in Amsterdam and has been living here for the past 3 years
