The Role

• You will be responsible for full 360-degree recruitment activity within the Contract team. You will build strong partner relationships with clients and candidates and develop a strong understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and what they are looking for.
• You will generate new business, using your market knowledge, leveraging your network and client relationships, develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients. In addition, you will cross-sell Harnham’s contract recruitment offerings.
• You are a specialist in your market, you can offer advice to both clients and candidates.
• You will be collaborative and work in a team environment supporting entry level recruitment consultants and showing leadership skills.
• As a Principal recruiter you will act as a positive role model within the team while focused on your billings and performance.

• Given the nature of this position we are looking for fluent Dutch and English speakers.
