Job summary

Allegis Group in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive Business Support Associate to join the Field Support Group. You will be the contractor's single point of contact, delivering high level service, handling queries, updating contractor records in Allegis systems and Salesforce, and ensuring data accuracy.

Work alongside Sales partners and Time & Expense teams to support compliance, policy guidance and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or help desk.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Acts as sole point of contact for contractor queries within the Field Support Group.
• Updates and maintains contractor records in Allegis internal systems and Salesforce.
• Supports Time & Expense associates with the adjustment process and reporting.
• Develops relationships with Sales partners to support business goals.
