Job summary

Picnic seeks a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to drive stable, high-performance processes across our Dutch fulfilment network. You will own day-to-day performance, supervise shifts, and translate insights into concrete actions that improve safety, quality, and productivity on the floor.

You will lead lean initiatives, manage incidents and planning escalations, and empower teams to deliver reliable, on-time fulfilment with strong cost control.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience or similar.
• Experience handling high-volume, high-SKU workflows.
• Strong data-analysis capabilities and problem-solving
• Lean and continuous improvement experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and oversee 1 shift on the floor.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area across inbound or outbound.
• Provide hands-on leadership across multiple shifts to drive engagement.
• Manage major incidents, productivity inputs, and planning escalations.
• Lead improvement initiatives and Lean activities to remove friction.
• Drive KPI performance on safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
